We have progressive discipline. Verbal, Written, 2 Day, 4 Day, Dismissal. Some steps can be repeated but not likely. 

Now we have 2 week, and 4 week disciplines in the mix thanks to a recent arbitration case from our fellow bus drivers... while we fight this, here is what you need to know.
